Bookings

Reservations:

  • We highly recommend making a reservation in advance to secure your table, especially during peak hours and weekends.
  • Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed without a reservation.


Booking Duration:

  • Each reservation is allotted a specific dining duration of 1 hour 15 minutes to accommodate all our guests. 


Menu Selection:

  • Our dining experience is designed around our curated menu. Reservations are accepted for guests planning to order from our full menu.


Coffee and Cake Service:

  • We welcome guests for coffee and cake during non-peak hours or at the discretion of our staff. However, reservations are primarily for those ordering from our full menu.


Cancellation Policy:

  • If your plans change, we kindly ask that you inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.


Group Bookings:

  • For larger groups or special events, please contact us in advance to discuss availability and any specific requirements.

Flexible Seating:

  • While we will do our best to accommodate seating preferences, we may need to adjust table assignments based on operational needs.


Arrival Time:

  • Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, we appreciate a courtesy call.


Children Policy:

  • We welcome families with children. Please inform us in advance if you require high chairs or have any specific needs for young diners.
  • If you are bringing a child or baby this must be booked as a member of the party and not just added to the note section of the reservation. 
  • Please be aware if we are busy, you may be asked to leave your pram/pushchair outside.
